Red Cross Fundraiser

Have you given blood lately? The Blood Bank is in desperate need of donations and this is your chance to give back for free. There will be the Mobile American Red Cross at T.G.I. Friday’s in Pleasanton on December 30, 2009. If you donate blood you will be entered into a drawing for a free trip to Tahoe. Also it is need to replenish your blood sugar level after giving blood and T.G.I. Fridays will be offering free Strawberry Lemonades to anyone that gives blood on the 30^th. Here is your chance give back with little expense to yourself.

Let it be Known Night

This Saturday for our weekly Ladies Night we have Let it be Known Night. Wear Red if you are single, White if you are taken and Black if you are here for fun!!! :) By the way, if you wear Red you will receive a free spin at the Wheel of Fun.

The holiday season has approached us very quickly. Many families are in need this year and are in need of your help to make their children’s holiday moments memorable. T.G.I. Friday’s in Pleasanton and Union City are teaming with the United States Marine Corp to help obtain donations for Toys for Tots. We are accepting donations from December 8^th through December 22^nd when we have our KID FEST in Pleasanton (details below).

Join the United States Marine Corp and T.G.I. Friday’s for a ‘Toys for Tots’ drive. Bring in an unwrapped toy and receive a free kids meal (valid on your next visit). The festivities include a KID ZONE with face painting, balloon animals and a special guest. All adults that bring in a toy get a chance to spin the Wheel of Fun!

Come between 4 -7 p.m. and assist Santa and his helpers in making a snowflake keepsake for your family.

Open Heart Kitchen Food Drive

Tonight is our large VIP Night benefiting the Open Heart Kitchen. We are serving up lots of fun as we help families in need. Bring in 2 cans of food and get a free spin on the Wheel of Fun where you can win some fabulous prizes.

Give Thanks With A Donation of FOOD

Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for the things you cherish most. There are people out there that are struggling to find thanks in their life. It is our duty as human beings to assist in humanity. Stop by T.G.I Fridays in Pleasanton on Santa Rita Rd. and drop off your donations to the food bank. We are teaming up to donate as many non-perishable foods as possible. Please assist us in this endeavor. We have placed a basket in the front of the restaurant for you to place your donations.

Fright Fest

Let us help prepare you for Halloween by scaring you out of your pants. October 25th is Scary movie night at TGI Friday's. We are not going to tell you what is to be playing because there are frights around every corner and we want to keep you on your toes!

We are also serving up the ghouliest drinks imaginable for all-night Happy Hour. The gore and guts await you!

Join us October 17 for Pink Night

Wear PINK and receive a free appetizer. Just by wearing the amazing color pf PINK we are helping to raise money for research in finding the cure to breast cancer. Join us between 5 p.m. and close (1 a.m.) and recieve Happy Hour and join us in the festivities.

Raiderettes help raise money for the Cure

The Raiderettes and T.G.I. Friday's helped raise money for the cure. Every week themes are chosen and we await for the festivities to begin. There was a raffle with a grand prize of a Raiderette calendar signed by the entire squad. Other prizes were raffled off as well as drink specials and Happy Hour all night long!!! Friday's Welcomes Oakland Raiderettes

This Saturday, Oct 10, we will be hosting the Oakland Raiderettes as we raise money for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. They will be available to sign autographs (pen and paper will NOT be provided) and to take photos between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

We will have Happy Hour from 5 p.m. to close.
20% of all food sales will be donated to the foundation
100% of raffle sales will go to finding a cure

The theme of this night is Football Jersey Night. If you wear your favorite team's jersey you will receive a free appetizer courtesy of TGI Friday's.

Congratulations ZACK!!!!!

TGI Fridays in Pleasanton would like to congratulate Zack on winning the store's bartender flair competition.

He will be competing against other West Region winners in the Fall. We wish him luck as he competes against the best.

Bartender Flair Competition

We had an amazing Ladies Night last week. T.G.I. Friday's Annual National Bartender Flair Competition was fast approaching and it was time to declare who would be the winner of the Pleasanton restaurant.

The week prior to the event each bartender practiced around the clock in preparation for the main event. The night started out with the pour competition. Each bartender was challenged on creating the "perfect pour." Throughout the night the Battle of the Sexes continued with guest trivia and the women came out on top! To end the evening, the flair competition commenced. Each bartender would perform their flair to a song of their choosing and have to pour 3 different drinks in the process. Each drink after was auctioned off to the audience and all proceeds went to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The night was danced away as the DJ played top hits from every decade.

Welcome to TGI Friday's Ladies Night where the fun never stops. Each Saturday we theme our Ladies Night. In the past we have had a country night, college night, disco party, 80's and many more.
